Wildlife Sounds of D'Aguilar National Park - Rainforest

D'Aguilar National Park has a variety of habitat types including dry and wet sclerophyll forests, eucalypt woodland, subtropical rainforest, rocky outcrops and freshwater systems. In these habitats, more than 200 species of native animals can be found. So close to Brisbane the park offers people the chance to reconnect with nature and to those who take the time here can see some remarkable animals.

This volume covers the wildlife sounds of the rainforest and gives the listener a chance to become acquainted with some of the numerous sounds that can be heard within this type of habitat. Early morning and evening are the best times to listen for wildlife in the forest. The remaining pockets of rainforest are found at higher elevations.
