Barking Limits

Defining Barking Noise limits

Rules define the noise limits set by your local council or state. These are time periods with a start and end hour and a maximum duration of barks within a given time period.

Example:

Start Hour 7 End Hour 22 6 minutes barking within 60 mins.

In this example the time period is between 7 am and 10 pm and the maximum duration of barking permitted is 6 minutes in the space of 60 minutes.

There may be one or more periods defined. There has to be at least one set of rules defined. If you create more than one set of council/state rules you can select which one to use as the default for the reports. To change the default rules simply select the council/state that you want and click the default radio button to set it as the default. An asterisk (*) appears next to the council/state set to be the default.
